3:35 new mix CD

I was bored tonight. Busy day. Decided to make a mix CD, since I have been blessed with an abundance of great music, new & old as of late. 73 minutes of joy and mellancholly. And since I haven't had anything to post on MKZ for a while I'll just go back to my tried and true track listing. You poor bastards.

3. Golden Touch - Razorlight
4. What - Brendan Benson
5. Bad Things to Such Good People - Pedro the Lion
6. Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want - The Smiths
7. I Will Never See the Sun - Great Lake Swimmers
8. Do You Realize?? (Flaming Lips cover) - Beck
9. Such Great Heights (Postal Service cover) - Iron & Wine
10.Half a Century High (Phil Ochs cover) - Josh Joplin
11.All Years Leaving - The Stands
12.Fourth Time Around - Bob Dylan
13.Studying Stones - Ani DiFranco
14.Bitches Ain't Shit (Dr. Dre cover) - Ben Folds

16.Hounds of Love - The Futureheads
17.Walkie Talkie Man - Steriogram
18.A.M. 180 - Grandaddy
19.Thinking of a Dream - The Walkmen

  • Bitches Ain't Shit is probably the best cover of a gangta rap song since Nina Gordon covered Straight Outta Compton. Considering that Folds teamed up with Shatner and did this shows that he's a genius, no doubt about it.

Why was your mix CD called 3:35? My ant like brain needs to know.

  • it was called 3:35 for two reasons.
    1. I couldn't think of anything.
    2. It was burned on 03/30/05.
